Tshuwah sisterhood like to be created, and try different combinations of food together. Chicken salad is a simple dish, but when you add a few vegetables it becomes an exciting dish.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken deboned and chopped
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery powder or 1 whole celery stick chopped
1 TBSP. onion powder
1 small onion chopped
½ tsp. sugar
3 boiled eggs chopped
1 small cooked carrot chopped
2 cups cooked noodles (your choice, macaroni, egg, etc.)
1 whole firm tomatoe chopped
½ cup corn drained
1 TBSP. mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tablespoons pickle radish (optional)
Preparations:
- Season chicken and bake in oven, or stew the chicken.
- Allow chicken to cool.
- Debone the chicken.
- Pour all other ingredient into bowl with chicken and mix together.
- Place in refrigerator until time to serve.
