Pecan Coconut Pie

                                             INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter (melted)

3 oz. cream cheese soften

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 TBSP. apples cider vinegar

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup pecans (chopped)

 8 inch deep pie crust shell

PREPARATION:

Beat in a large bowl the first 3 ingredients.  Add the other ingredients and mix by hand. Pour mixture into deep pie crust shell. 

Bake at 325° for one hour in oven. 

Let cool and enjoy.

Make 4 servings.
